Should I be getting blisters on my left hand even when wearing a glove or is there something wrong with my grip that is causing them.  I only play once a week at the most, but it happens every time.  The blisters are right at the base of my middle finger and near my thumb.

Thanks,

Oggie

Blisters are a sign that you are gripping the club improperly.  Most likely you are gripping the club too tightly and you do not have your hands aligned properly.  Check out our section on proper golf grips at:

http://www.golfspyder.com/golf-swing-grip.html

We cover different methods of gripping the club and what you need to be aware of.  Once you get a proper grip down your blister problem should go away.
