Nike, Callaway, and Srixon all have a comparable ball but they sell for around $40 a dozen as well. The best thing to do is play one of the second tier balls like the Titleist NXT, Srixon TriSpeed, or the Callaway HX Hot. These balls will run you about $25 a dozen and are more durable than the top tier balls, while not sacrificing too much in distance, feel, or playability that a mid to high handicap golfer would complain about.

Cheaper alternative to the Pro V1

I am looking for a cheaper alternative to the Titleist Pro V1 golf ball. I have played them and really like them, but they are costing me too much since I seem to go through a half dozen or so a round. Is there anything out there that is similar but less expensive?
